We are pleased to provide FREE shipping on all US domestic orders above $66. Free standard shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending upon product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free-shipping option, and orders typically take 2-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped. We happily replace / exchange any damaged or defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price. Kindly send us a detailed email with the reason for return / exchange along with the photo within seven days of delivery, we will arrange for a return pickup and send you the replaced for the damaged product, if for some reason replacement of product is not possible then 100% refund shall be given. For damaged or defective product - Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we are happy to accept returns within 20 days from the date of receipt. Product must be purchased directly from aroha-oils.com and be unused or nearly unused. The return shipping charges would be borne by the customer. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a description of your concern or complaint. If you experienced skin sensitivities as a result of our product, please attach pictures for our review.
Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product. Also, please note, refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order. Refunds shall be processed only on the product price. Refunds shall only be processed once, the return package is received and its contents are verified.
While returning, please ensure that the original packing and all its content (including free sample, if any) are repacked properly and safely before it is shipped back.
