Refund policy


Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products.

We happily replace/exchange any damaged or defective items OR  will fully refund your original purchase price. Kindly send us a detailed email with the reason for return/exchange along with the photo within seven days of delivery, we will arrange for a return pickup and send you the replacement for the damaged product; if, for some reason replacement of the product is not possible then 100% refund shall be given. For damaged or defective products - Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery. 

 If you experience skin sensitivities as a result of our product, please attach pictures for our review.  Just send an email to hello@aroha-oils.com detailing the order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a photo of the allergic reaction. We are happy to accept returns within 15 days from the date of receipt. Product must be purchased directly from aroha-oils.com and be unused or nearly unused.  The refund shall be made for the product for which there is an allergic reaction and NOT for the whole order. The customer would bear the return shipping charges. We shall also deduct the shipping charges made for sending the product to you.

In its reasonable discretion, the company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product. Also, please note, refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order. Refunds shall be processed only on the product price. Refunds shall only be processed once, the return package is received and its contents are verified. 

While returning, please ensure that the original packing and all its content (including free sample, if any) are repacked properly and safely before it is shipped back.
