I have been using this balm for the last 14 days, I don't know about its long term benefits, However, upon application on my feet and hands, it provides instant nourishments and minor cracks on my foot has disappeared and also my hands have definitely become softer after using this for a fortnight. I love the aroma which is very earthy, nothing I have ever smell before. Its not overpowering and it has definitely helped me to sleep better, the herbs definitely work as told for sure.
